This book is about the island having problems such as the island disappearing and many more. The government of tokelau and the scientist thought carefully about all of the options for tokelau, they could’ove ruled some of them out quickly, another possible option was using biomass for energy and also tokelau doesn’t need that much power, so solar power is good  source of energy and so in 2012 they changed the solar pannels.
